Five women. Four developers. One marketing strategist. One studio.
Code Bloom exists because we got tired of waiting for someone else to build the technology our communities need. So we pooled our skills, pooled our money, and started building.
The model is simple. Each founder carries a passion and a problem. When it is your turn, you lead the product. The rest of the team shows up with everything it takes to ship it. Code, strategy, operations, brand. No one builds alone.
Our first product is live. The next ones are forming. Every solution we create starts with someone who feels the problem firsthand and has the skills to do something about it.
We are five women in Lusaka building digital products for the communities that raised us. The tree has taken root. Now we grow.
